
The Culinary Institute D'Gallia offers new career with the aim of training highly qualified professionals in the development of high-quality food products, with particular emphasis on all stages of the production process, from selecting raw materials to strategies to put them in the consumer market and abroad.

The Institute gives D'Gallia Technician Certificate of gastronomy industry, who have successfully passed all courses and modules met the 80% of total hours scheduled.
Upon completion students may participate in the cultural academic exchange program with the aim of achieving greater specialization in foreign schools with whom we have agreement.

Frequency: 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Hours: 6:15 pm to 9:30 pm

Accident Insurance: S/. 80 (single payment)
Gift: 1 jacket, an apron, a pair of pants, a headkerchief and uniforms.
